I led the data modernisation of a £200M+ business at Booking.com: consolidated 15+ teams, moved 209 workflows and 342 data assets off 12 legacy systems, redefined how the whole business works with data, and left it fit for AI. Landed on target with zero business disruption.

Compliance and risk are muscle memory, not a blocker. Aligned Legal, Security, and Risk through workshops with 50+ stakeholders and shipped inside a regulated European bank.

I turn platforms into products. Designed and launched the Partner Intelligence Platform at Booking.com, a self-service data portal for third-party providers, leading 6 engineers and 1 PM: 50 partners activated in the first 3 months, 2 weeks per quarter of analyst work eliminated, DMA compliance delivered on schedule.

I launch new things. Defined and executed the data architecture that launched Booking.com's Rails train-ticket vertical, a brand-new consumer market under the Connected Trip strategy.

I rebuilt an e-commerce company's data architecture and recommendation system with a team of 11 engineers: 7% conversion lift and 10% engagement lift at 1M+ monthly active users. It was my third recommendation system; I built the first two hands-on as an engineer at Insider and Trendyol (Alibaba).

I put ML into production that pays for itself: a deduplication algorithm removed 10,000+ duplicate listings and generated 8% additional revenue.

I build for scale: architectures and APIs handling hundreds of thousands of connections, streaming platforms on Kafka, Flink, and Spark, payment microservices on Kubernetes.

I take senior leadership with me: present new ideas, win buy-in, and surface risks before they become risks.

I help ventures raise and grow. As Technical Advisor, defined Petverse's technical roadmap and product strategy, helping secure £100K pre-seed investment and reach £8K MRR in 4 months.

I ship daily through an agentic development pipeline: automated agents run my work from task creation through implementation, testing, and production, on my own design system.

I am a full-loop product builder: research, prioritise, design (real interfaces, not just mockups), build, productionise, iterate continuously.
