Mistral Todos — the meeting tool we built for ourselves.
Granola-style apps are great, but we needed something that fits how our team actually works. So we shipped one. Two days from "we need this" to running on my phone — one internal tool that replaces three workflows.

Why we built it
The gap between "we need this" and "it's running on my phone" has genuinely never been smaller. The interesting question isn't whether you can build internal tools anymore. It's why you'd still buy generic ones when the bespoke version takes a weekend.

Capture every meeting, transcribe with ElevenLabs, summarise with Claude. No more 'what did we agree on?' the next morning.

Push notification when the summary lands
APNs alert the moment your summary is ready — no inbox digging, no waiting on a webhook to fire.

Action items straight into Linear
Todos extracted from the meeting are pushed directly into Linear via the API. Zero copy-paste, zero rewriting.

Slack auto-summary for the team
Summaries drop into the right Slack channel automatically so the whole team stays in the loop without anyone playing scribe.
